1. Introduction
These Referral Program Terms are supplemental to our Terms of Service and apply specifically to your participation in the FetishFinder Referral Program. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
You must comply with our Terms of Service, all relevant laws, and applicable tax regulations.
You must maintain an active User account to participate in the FetishFinder Referral Program.
Referring Users will earn a 10% referral commission on Fan Payments generated by the Referred Creator for as long as the Referred Creator remains active on FetishFinder.
Referral payments may be withheld or terminated in cases of breaches of FetishFinder’s Terms of Service.
The FetishFinder Referral Program is operated by PACTM LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.
2. Definitions
In these terms, defined terms have the same meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. In addition, the following definitions apply:
"Referred Creator"means the person who joins FetishFinder as a new Creator through the Referring User’s unique referral link.
"Referring User"means "you" or "your."
3. Program Overview
The FetishFinder Referral Program is designed to reward Users who introduce new Creators to the platform. Participants can earn referral payments under the conditions outlined in these terms.
4. Referral Program Rules
Eligibility. Only Users with active accounts are eligible. If your account is suspended, terminated, or deleted, you cannot participate in the Referral Program.
Payment Setup. To receive referral payments, ensure that your bank account or payment method is linked to your FetishFinder account.
Referral Link. Each User is provided with a unique referral link. You may share this link to invite new Creators to FetishFinder. When sharing, do not misrepresent yourself as an official representative of FetishFinder or suggest any endorsement by FetishFinder.
Registration Process. The Referred Creator must click on your referral link and complete their registration on FetishFinder using the same browser session. If they register without using your referral link, no referral payment will be credited.
Limitations. Referral payments apply only to Referred Creator accounts. Fan accounts registered via a referral link will not generate referral payments unless the Fan later becomes a Creator.
Multiple Accounts. Referral payments are applicable only to the first account registered by a Referred Creator. Additional accounts created by the same Referred Creator will not generate additional referral payments.
Ownership and Relationships. No referral payments will be made on accounts that we determine are owned or operated by the Referring User, or by someone with whom the Referring User has a direct commercial relationship, such as a business partnership or employment relationship.
5. Referral Payments
Calculation. Referral payments are calculated as 10% of the Fan Payments generated by the Referred Creator. There is no cap on the amount of referral payments you can earn, and payments will continue for as long as the Referred Creator generates Fan Payments on FetishFinder.
Tax Inclusion.. Referral payments include any applicable taxes.
Payout Method. Choose your preferred payout method from those offered by FetishFinder in your country of residence.
Payment Schedule.. Referral payments accrued during a calendar month will be transferred to your account on or around the first day of the following month.
No Cost to Creators. The cost of the referral payment is covered by FetishFinder and not by the Referred Creator.
6. Rights and Obligations
Verification. We may require verification of your identity and that of the Referred Creator before issuing referral payments. Failure to provide requested information may result in forfeiture of payments.
Program Changes. FetishFinder reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time, with reasonable notice provided to participants via the Platform. However, any changes will not affect referral payments already earned based on previous activity.
Withholding Payments. We may withhold referral payments if there is a breach of the Terms of Service, or if the activity related to earning the referral payment is determined to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
7. Legal Compliance
Local Laws. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local laws or regulations that apply to referral or affiliate programs, including disclosure requirements where applicable.
